I. Mold-Pressed Moisture-Resistant Sealed Door

The door frame of the airtight door shall be made of steel plate with a thickness of not less than 8 mm. The door leaf shall be constructed of steel plate with a thickness of not less than 4 mm, and the surface of the plate shall be embossed to enhance its strength, ensuring reliable overall structural integrity without significant deformation. A sealing locking mechanism and sealing gasket shall be installed inside the door to provide excellent overall air-tightness; when closed, the door shall be completely light-tight. An access door shall be provided in the main airtight door, with uniform dimensions, style, and location. Locking or unlocking of the main door shall be performed from within the storage area. The locking device shall employ a linked wedge-type slider to achieve simultaneous locking or unlocking in a single operation. The door shall be equipped with one concealed mechanical lock, with no fewer than four mounting bolts, and the lock shall be designed such that it cannot be removed or damaged from the exterior. The airtight door shall be securely installed and operate smoothly; the gaps between the door frame and the wall shall be fully filled and sealed; the surface paint color shall be B65 Sea Gray; the door surface shall be clean, flat, smooth, and uniformly colored, free from rust, major scratches, or impact damage; and the door frame shall be rigidly anchored to both sides of the wall with no fewer than three anchoring points.

II. Metal Moisture-Proof Airtight Windows

The metal airtight moisture-proof window consists of three layers: the outer layer is an airtight seal that opens outward; the middle layer is a security grille; and the inner layer is a rodent-proof mesh that opens inward. The grille shall be fabricated from 16-inch by 16-mm square steel sections, with each grid cell no larger than 250 mm × 60 mm or 120 mm + 130 mm. The grille design shall feature vertically oriented, staggered, evenly spaced welded segments, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing, robust, and reliable weld pattern. The rodent-proof mesh shall be made of 10-inch by 10-mm galvanized steel wire mesh or stainless-steel wire mesh. The surface coating shall be gray paint, applied smoothly, evenly, and uniformly, with no drips or sags. Installation must be secure, with rubber seals around the perimeter; once installed, the window shall be completely light-tight, airtight, and watertight, exhibiting no leakage under a horizontal inspection for two hours.

III. Moisture-Resistant Sealed Flat Doors

The airtight door is fabricated from high-quality steel plates and square tubes. The door frame is constructed with 3.0 mm-thick steel plates, while the outer panel of the door leaf is 3.0 mm thick and the inner panel is 1.5 mm thick. The interior of the door leaf is filled with thermal-insulating and fire-resistant materials and incorporates a reinforcing rib structure. A small, pass-through airtight door is provided in the main door, with dimensions optimized for pedestrian passage. Both the main door leaf and the small door are equipped with sealing locking mechanisms and sealing strips, ensuring excellent overall air-tightness; when closed, they are completely light-tight. The heavy-duty compression sealing device and the door-opening/closing mechanism are operated from inside the facility, and the main door is locked to the door frame via this compression sealing system. Locking bolts are installed on the upper frame, lower frame, and compression mechanism to provide multi-directional security. The pass-through small door is fitted with a mechanical combination lock and an anti-theft key lock, which can only be opened when two authorized personnel are present simultaneously. The airtight door shall be securely installed, operate smoothly, close tightly without warping or frame distortion, and have all gaps between the door frame and the wall fully and evenly filled. The door surface must be clean, flat, smooth, uniformly colored, free from rust, and free from scratches or dents. At least four anchoring points must be provided on both sides of the door frame to ensure secure attachment to the wall.
