As for establishing a temporary branch near the original location, the main limitations include the difficulty of securing suitable transitional premises, the lengthy and complex process of setting up such a temporary facility, and the subsequent need to dismantle the temporary branch once the original branch has been renovated and upgraded—actions that can lead to resource waste and relatively high costs.
