　　1. Determine the installation location of the steel explosion-proof door.

　　2. Strict construction technical specifications for the installation of explosion-proof doors shall be implemented: concrete walls shall be cast at the installation locations of steel explosion-proof doors, and embedded parts shall be properly installed to ensure thorough preparation for door installation.

　　3. Position the steel explosion-proof door around the designated installation location, then remove the door from its frame. The specific procedure generally involves first laying the explosion-proof steel door flat on a fixed support on the ground, ensuring that the door leaf is fully open and level. Next, use a cross-head screwdriver or other suitable tool to loosen the hinge screws on one side of the door frame, and then carefully detach the door leaf from the frame. To prevent damage to the door during this process, it is essential to keep the explosion-proof door intact.

　　4. On the built-in steel explosion-proof door, mark the designated locations, paying particular attention to accurately measuring the height of the fixed screw holes to ensure the installation of the door frame meets the required standards. In addition, clearly determine the primary opening direction of the steel explosion-proof door and verify the installation positioning lines for the door. At the same time, corresponding markings should be made; for example, draw the line indicating the fixing points for the expansion bolts on the side of the door frame.

　　5. Install the steel explosion-proof door frame: drill expansion bolt holes in the alleyway, insert the anchor bolts, and securely fix the frame to ensure the quality of the door frame wall. After mounting the frame on the wall, align it according to the installation positioning lines and the reference points for relative height, use wooden shims to roughly secure the frame, and then use a plumb line and plumb bob to accurately measure and adjust the verticality of the frame’s side surfaces. The deviation in relative height and alignment shall not exceed 3 mm. Use a construction steel tape measure to check the diagonal length difference of the frame and adjust it to ensure the difference is no greater than 3 mm. Once the main frame of the door is installed, it must be perfectly horizontal, and the joints must be firmly welded.

　　6. After the door frame has been securely fixed in place, remove the alignment wooden wedges and inject a 1:3 cement-sand mortar mixture into the opening at the top of the door frame. Gently tap the door frame with a rubber mallet to ensure that the grouting material fully fills the cavity.

　　7. Once the mixed mortar around the door casing has set, dried, and hardened, install the door leaf onto the door frame, and the installation is complete.

　　8. Project acceptance and verification of the installation quality of explosion-proof doors. Following the installation of steel-structure explosion-proof doors, project acceptance shall be carried out to ensure that the overall installation quality and functional performance of the doors meet the specified requirements.

　　How are explosion-proof doors installed on construction sites?

　　1. Installation requirements: When installing the explosion-proof door for the inclined ventilation shaft, ensure that, according to the installation method, the door is vertically aligned and neatly installed, opens and closes smoothly, and then the door is securely closed. The locking lever should be placed on the fixed brackets on both sides of the door frame, and the lower edges of the door on both sides should be buried 10 cm deep in stone or soil.

　　2. Installation method:

　　(1) First, measure and determine the overall width and relative height at the coal roadway entrance to ensure that the explosion-proof door, including its embedded components, can be properly installed.

　　(2) Lay the double-leaf door flat on the pavement, neatly stow the sealing rubber strip between the two leaves, and secure the two leaves with screws; the door is now ready for installation.

　　(3) Adjust the orientation to ensure that the explosion-proof door opens only outward, then simultaneously lift the double-leaf door upright into the shaft.

　　(4) After making the necessary adjustments, secure the overall door in place using bamboo supports.

　　(5) Gradually construct and secure the wall in accordance with the wellbore design scheme.

　　(6) After the wall surface has set, close the explosion-proof door, place the stop bar on the fixed brackets on both sides of the door frame, and bury the lower edges of the door on both sides by 10 cm using stones or soil. The system can then be started normally.
