This series of bank intelligent safe-deposit box management systems leverages RFID radio-frequency identification technology to assign a unique identification number to each safe-deposit box, enabling standardized management. By integrating RFID technology with network video surveillance, networking, and database technologies, the system has been developed into a comprehensive digital management platform that consolidates functions such as safe-deposit box tracking, monitoring, information entry, query, sealing, and statistical analysis. This approach eliminates the challenges posed by the time constraints imposed by escort companies, high escort costs, and low operational efficiency in daily operations, while technically maximizing the security of cash management and usage. As a result, intelligent and information-based management practices are seamlessly integrated across all aspects of banking operations. This product series complies with the GA38-2021 requirements for bank security and prevention.
The product features dynamic data encryption during transmission and local data encryption, and shall comply with the requirements of GM/T 0028-2014 “Security Technical Requirements for Cryptographic Modules” and GM/T 0039-2015 “Security Testing Requirements for Cryptographic Modules,” as well as the relevant requirements for Security Level 1. It is equipped with RFID-based in-cabinet presence detection for vault boxes, enabling local inventory checks of vault boxes within the cabinet; moreover, back-end administrators can remotely perform inventory checks of vault box information stored in the cabinet. For offline, non-networked custody cabinets, a manual time-setting function is provided, along with an automatic time-correction function. All operations in the business database must be electronically logged in the back-end system, with automated retention of no fewer than 100,000 records of the most recent operational information; these records must be tamper-proof and non-deletable. When the storage area reaches its capacity, the system shall automatically overwrite the oldest entries. In the event of power failure or abnormal power supply, the system’s basic information and recorded operational data must remain intact. Users may register one fingerprint; in case of an emergency, a duress fingerprint can be registered, which will be recognized but will not unlock the cabinet door, while the server will receive a duress alert notification. Back-end administrators can implement access control over cabinet operators and further refine access permissions for individual doors. The management system supports registration and management of custody cabinet information; for smart custody cabinets, operation tasks can be pre-configured according to specific needs, with restrictions on operations when no tasks are assigned; it enables control over inbound and outbound business processes as well as task submission and approval for such operations; it monitors the status of each functional module of the equipment to quickly identify fault locations; it manages institutions, personnel, roles, and associated permissions; it supports setting work hours, prohibiting equipment operation outside working hours; and it can interface with relevant systems—such as unified authentication platforms and surveillance systems—in accordance with the bank’s requirements.
