The Armory Smart Access Control System is an upgrade of traditional vault doors, incorporating a smart access control controller and other electronic control components, all centrally managed through the Armory Smart Management System. The vault door construction complies with the Class A requirements specified in the standard document GB 37481-2019 “General Technical Requirements for Vault Doors,” and leverages multiple technologies—including biometric identification and the Internet of Things—to effectively manage door-opening modes and user access permissions.

The ammunition storage room door is manufactured to Grade A safe-door standards, offering waterproof, fire-resistant, anti-pry, flame-cutting-resistant, and blast-proof performance. It is equipped with an intelligent access-control system integrated into the door itself, enabling smart management and control of the ammunition storage door for convenient operation and enhanced safety and reliability.

The gap around the front perimeter of the door frame and door leaf shall not exceed 1 mm, and there shall be no gaps through which the interior of the door can be directly viewed.

The surfaces of the door frame and door leaf shall be smooth, with a flatness tolerance of no more than 2 mm for the exterior surface and no more than 4 mm for the interior surface.

Performance characteristics of the military armory door:

1. Anti-vandalism: Even after subjected to destructive methods such as prying with manual tools like hammers, sledgehammers, and hacksaws, as well as electric grinding, drilling with electric drills, and oxyacetylene flame cutting, the gun storage door remains securely closed and operational.

2. Fire resistance: When the vault is exposed to a fire involving both the building and an oil-based fuel mixture, with temperatures reaching 1,000°C, the vault door must still be able to open normally after cooling to ambient temperature.

3. Corrosion-resistant performance: The gun vault door is manufactured using advanced baked-paint and other anti-corrosion protection processes, providing strong corrosion resistance even when used in damp, poorly ventilated environments such as underground vaults.

4. Heavy-duty door hinge with lightweight bearing assembly, enabling smooth and effortless 180-degree opening.

5. An imported combination lock with 100 million possible combinations, certified by U.L., offering precision and reliability.

6. Equipped with an automatic relocking mechanism that prevents forced breakage.
